Viperio CSGO only played matches in their 3rd week of the Gfinity CEVO CS:GO Spring Series Main Division. The team had a 1W/3L record going into the week.
Thursday 19th July (Week 5:1) – Viperio vs No Quarter Cartel
Week 5 Match 1 was scheduled to be played with Viperio taking on Top 5 Turkish team, No Quarter Cartel. The game was played on de_cache and was a best of one series. This was Viperio’s first matchup with the new line-up.
Viperio seemed to dominate the first half when playing on the CT side, winning the 5th round of the game, and the following 5 to take the score to 7-3. No Quarter Cartel managed to pull back some rounds, with the first half finishing with a 9-6 scoreline in favour of the Swedes.
No Quarter Cartel showed their true for in the second half, performing an impressive CT side. Although the scoreline was close, No Quarter Cartel managed to edge with win.
