From North Shields, Christopher Sword founded Viperio in 2013 at the young age of 13 now boasts 9+ years managing operations semi-professional esports club.

Christopher graduated from Durham University in 2021 with a First Class Honours Bachelors Degree in Business & Management. He also has 2+ years experience within enterprise technology sales, in both account management and sales operations roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Christopher is a former World Champion martial artist & a 3rd Dan Black Belt, with 8x WTKA World Titles in Kickboxing & Karate between 2012-14. Christopher is also a former baseball outfielder, previously playing for Durham University, Newcastle Nighhawks and Glasgow Comets.

Brodie Mulvaney joined Viperio in 2016 as a Counterstrike: Global Offensive player, representing Viperio at 2 offline events (LAN Ops & Insomnia 58). He then transitioned into a business development role after retiring as a player before moving into his current role of Head of Sales.

Brodie has over 3 years experience in virtual sales, formerly working for BT. He is currently studying for a LLB at Keele University.

Conor Rabbett first joined Viperio in 2018 as a Videographer before moving into role as Head of Media. Conor recently took on additional responsibilities, taking ownership of our web & e-commerce operations.

Conor has over 10 years of media related experience working with large scale clients such as BBC, Discover Northern Ireland, Adam B, GFuel Energy and many more.

Gareth Joined Viperio in 2020 as Head of Brand, Gareth has multiple years’ experience in Esports management – following his 5 year tenure as a player, coach and manager for London Lynx, helping to direct the brand to multiple top 5 placements in CS:GO.

Gareth also has several years’ experience working in the creative industry as both a designer and as a brand strategist, having helped to deliver brand experiences’ for Sportsbet, Redbull and Dulux.

Gareth helped to reimagine the Viperio Identity & brand messaging in 2020 to better define our align with the brand objectives for the coming decade.

Outside of Esports, Gareth is family orientated but enjoys spending time reading (currently attempting to read the entire work of Alfred Alder.) as well as binging just about everything on every streaming service.
