Viperio Founder & managing Director Christopher Sword gave the following comment:
“The Viperio 86 squad continue to exceed expectations with another win in the European Challenger League. The squad are only three series away from a shot at promotion into the European League (Tier 1), which is formidable considering they were competing in UKIN Division Two (Tier 4) at the start of the year. I wish the players and staff the best of luck in their upcoming fixtures.”
Viperio 86 now progress to the Lower Bracket Round Two, facing ๐ซ๐ท Reply Totem. The loser of the series will be knocked out of the tournament, and the winner will progress to take on the winner of ๐ท๐บ Hellraisers vs. ๐ซ๐ท Acend for a shot in the Lower Bracket Finals.
Only two teams remain in the Upper Bracket: ๐ซ๐ท DeathroW, the team Viperio lost to in UBR1 (2-1), and the only other UK side, ๐ฌ๐ง MnM Gaming. The winner of these two teams will be the first of two team to qualify for the EUL Relegation Series.
Viperio 86 versus Reply Totem will take place on Thursday 18th November at 8pm (GMT) / 9pm (CET). The match will once again be streamed from Ubisoft’s Paris studio on Twitch in a range of languages.
