Tuesday 2nd February 2021 marks 8 years since the founding of Viperio by Christopher Sword. Originally started under the name Viperio Gaming, the brand began as a team of Call of Duty players, who primarily uploaded YouTube videos and competed in amateur esports tournaments. Since then, Viperio has grown into an esports organisation, which has competed in a wide range of esports titles and tournaments across the UK and Europe, and been the home of some of the best esports talent and entertainers.
Founder & Managing Director Christopher Sword stated:

Over the last 8 years, Viperio has competed at events such as the Halo World Championship EU Finals in Wembley Arena, multiple Insomnia Gaming Festival tournaments and NUEL/NSE student leagues. The brand has also been home to talent such as Th0masHD, one of the world’s best Fortnite players, and PeperTV, one of the most popular Twitch streamers in the Netherlands.
