To ensure that both our players and staff have the best possible experience working within our organisation, we are making changes to our staff structure ahead of the summer season.
Key Changes
- Dan Holt to step down as Head Coach, moving into the role of Player Development Coach.
- Harry Sandford will move into the role of Draft & Head Coach
- Grant Hill steps down as Performance Coach.
- Calvin So joins as Assistant Coach.
Firstly, our Head Coach for the spring split, Dan Holt, will be stepping down to become a Player Development Coach. Dan has made the decision to focus on the factors outside of gameplay, focusing on team building & mindset development.
Harry Sandford will move into the role of Head Coach, whilst continuing his responsibilities leading the draft. Harry has demonstrated a clear interest in developing himself as a coach, and we’re keen to offer him the opportunity to learn leading a coaching department at this level.
Our coaching roster has been completed with the addition of 🇸🇬 Calvin “Hevinix” So as Assistant Coach, a former professional player in the Singapore Legends Series, and ex-Mythos Head Coach. The addition of Calvin provides additional support to the existing coach team, allowing for better distribution of workloads.
Our current staff roster going into the offseason ahead of the summer split is as follows:
League of Legends Coaching Staff
General Manager: 🇬🇧 Alan Reid
Head Coach & Draft: 🇬🇧 Harry Sandford
Assistant Coach: 🇸🇬 Calvin So
Player Development Coach: 🇬🇧 Dan Holt
Positional Coach (Top): 🇬🇧 Adam Harney
