Viperio are happy to announce that James Woodland will be joining our League of Legends division as our an analyst.

James, who is currently a computer & information security student at the University of Plymouth, will work directly with the existing coaching structure (Alan Reid, Anthony Busack & Grant Hill) to help accelerate our player development. James has experience working under Plymouth Leviathans, the University of Plymouth esports society.

James Woodland commented:

“The coaching staff’s experience was a massive draw for me, with Grant Hill’s long track record working in esports and the chance to work and learn under Alan Reid with his history of work including products such as Gscience, was something I couldn’t pass up.”

“I am driven to help a team win with whatever skills I can offer and develop. League has really been my passion over the last few years.”

Alan Reid, General Manager for Viperio League of Legends, also commented:

“James will have a primary focus of recording and analysing the actions of our players, to figure out when and where they are making the wrong decisions.”

“I’m keen to work with James and look forward to seeing his contributions make positive change to our team.”

Viperio is committed to supporting the continuous improvement of our players wherever possible, and hopefully the addition of James helps facilitate this further.
