As Fortnite grows into one of the most popular video games of all time, Viperio want to further involve themselves within the Fortnite scene. After a minor attempt at entering the competitive scene in the past, we’re back in full force.
Viperio are happy to announce the creation of a new Fortnite division. The team consists of former competitive H1Z1 players, so all have a background in competitive battle royale esports.
All members of the team are active streamers, meaning you’ll be able to watch the progress of the team via our Twitch team page.
One of the players, Jason ‘Lame‘ Taylor, has qualified for the Fortnite Champion League after achieving 300+ qualification points. He will compete in the league to try and win a spot at the Fortnite World Championships in New York City.
When asking how he felt about qualifying, Jason said:
“I am happy as put a lot of time and effort into achieving Champion League, and hope to qualify for upcoming tournaments such as the World Cup Warmup tourney on the 6th and 7th of May, and I am also happy to be representing viperio for all these upcoming events!” – Jason ‘Lame’ Taylor
We’ll be sure to keep you all informed with developments, team results and news when available.
